Le Grand Cool Douce - gîte de groupe / famille

On the banks of the river, the Grand Cool Douce is a family Holiday cottage for 14 people. It's housed in an old renovated farmhouse built of local stone, 30 m from the river, in a peaceful setting with The shared Piscine (14mx7m) with central paddling pool, is heated by solar panels, and the water temperature varies according to the weather. Two outdoor terraces with BBQ, one of which is covered, partly shaded garden areas with a splendid view of the Gorges de La Beaume, private parking spaces.
This accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have sloping ceilings (bedroom 1: 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, bedroom 2: 2 Bunk beds (4 places), bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings: 4 beds 90, bedroom 4 with sloping ceilings: 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90, shower room, 3 WCs, fully vaulted living room with outside access. Air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms.
Wifi connection: available next to the Piscine in a communal area and on the Holiday cottage's private terrace.
In summer (July-August) you have a free pass to the Isla Cool Douce leisure park (www.islacooldouce.fr)One of the most beautiful beaches in the Ardèche, with swimming pools supervised by lifeguards.

We are surrounded by other Holiday cottages and we attach great importance to the peace and quiet of our guests. We don't accept stag or hen parties, or other gatherings where the aim is to throw a party!
