Located less than 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, in a quiet wooded setting, come and stay in this superb large-capacity gîte.

You'll appreciate the large, shaded terrace, perfect for eating outside together, and the large open spaces where everyone can find their place. Play a game of pétanque or table tennis, read a good book on a deckchair or simply take a nap in the shade of the trees.

The location is ideal: away from the crowds and noise of the lower Ardèche, yet less than 15 minutes from the major tourist attractions: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet 2, the old village of Lagorce, caves and Aven Orgnac, numerous Provencal markets, the magnificent Ibie valley.
On site, take the opportunity to discover the wonderful world of bees. The owners, who are also beekeepers, will help you discover their profession and their passion, and taste some fine Ardèche honey.

The gîte is housed in a large building divided into several sections, including the owners' house and their honey house. You'll have your own entrance and private parking.

On entering the gîte, you'll find a large, beautiful room with a billiard table and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer), a large dining room with sitting area (leather sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system). On this level, you'll find the first large bedroom with a 160cm bed and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with 160cm beds and en-suite shower rooms (a shower with vanity unit opening onto the bedroom), a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a large bedroom with 2 x 2 90cm bunk beds, 2 separate WCs, and a large bathroom with bath and double vanity unit.

For your comfort, all upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.
