Ideally located on the heights, in a quiet neighborhood, this detached house will meet all your expectations. Its enclosed garden, perfect for Kids, its private swimming pool* and reversible air conditioning... all the comforts you'll appreciate during your stay in the Southern Ardèche.

You're between the lively village of Ruoms with all its shops and the pretty village of Lagorce with its narrow streets and numerous Hiking trails. The Sentier Botanique is one not to be missed.
And don't miss the weekly Markets, where you can sample the delicious local produce (goat's cheese, olive oil, etc.).
On the way back to the Holiday cottage, Laurent, the owner and winemaker, will be delighted to offer you a tasting of his estate's wines.

The house is upstairs, but once inside, everything is on the same level. You'll enjoy a lovely, light-filled living room with a central fireplace for winter days. The semi-open-plan kitchen is equipped just like at home, and opens onto a covered terrace.
The Holiday cottage has three spacious bedrooms (two 160cm beds and two 90cm beds), a bathroom with bath and Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, there's a lounge area where you can enjoy the view and relax at the end of the day.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible: Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Private parking - Heating/air conditioning included in the price.
