You're going to love your vacation in the Ardèche! About 45 minutes from the A7 and Montélimar, discover the magnificent Ibie Valley, a wild and unspoiled setting where a turquoise river flows through Mediterranean vegetation. Located at the entrance to a small, traditional hamlet in Saint-Maurice-d’Ibie, this charming house welcomes you to a gated property of approximately 5,000 m². A beautiful lawn stretches out in front of the house, and the large yard in the back is sure to delight young and old alike—including your pet.

Highlights: a beautiful heated Piscine* for relaxation, a shaded pétanque court to extend your summer evenings, a foosball table for fun get-togethers, and a pleasant terrace with covered areas, a barbecue, and a pizza oven. In winter, you’ll also appreciate the warmth of the wood-burning stove.

The interior is spacious and bright, and the holiday cottage is laid out over two levels. The large, air-conditioned living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV (international channels) and internet access. The house has four bedrooms (three with 160-cm beds and one small one with bunk beds), two bathrooms with showers, three toilets (one of which is separate), plenty of storage space, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs, a studio-style space with a kitchenette, sofa, and foosball table opens onto a balcony with unobstructed views.

Hiking, biking trails, exploring the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d’Arc, or even the Chauvet 2 Cave: there’s no shortage of activities in the area. You can also enjoy the many farmers’ markets to discover the local Ardèche cuisine.

Everything is included in the rate: sheets with beds made on arrival, bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets allowed for an additional fee.
