This old Ardèche house, carefully restored to its original character, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll find everything you need for a stay with family, friends or couples, in a simple, soothing atmosphere. Adjoining the owner's house, each has its own entrance and outdoor space. A few steps lead up to the gîte, which is on 2 levels. 1st level: living room with kitchen and sitting room, 1 bedroom (140cm bed), bathroom and separate toilet. 2nd level: 2 bedrooms (one with 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds, suitable for kids). The gîte is not air-conditioned, but is equipped with fans. The exterior invites you to live outdoors, with two terraces, one of which is designed for meals (plancha available), and a private garden with a relaxation area (deckchairs and hammock). Discover the remarkable landscapes that surround Jaujac: hiking trails winding between volcanoes and chestnut groves, clear rivers inviting you to swim, farmers' markets and characterful villages that make up the richness of the region. A privileged natural location, between mountains, volcanoes and rivers, with quick access to major sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Mont Gerbier de Jonc, and close to the Thermal baths at Vals-les-Bains (perfect for wellbeing or spa holidays).
