Your Holiday cottage is in a small village in southern Ardèche where the Romanesque church is a listed monument. It is part of a complex of 5 tastefully decorated terraced Holiday cottages (not overlooked) with a shared POOL (4m x 9m, open from May to September).

This Holiday cottage is independent and in the immediate vicinity of the other properties. It has an attractive volume and interesting architecture, with several levels. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a few steps, where you'll find a fireplace (free wood) and a sofa bed. On the lower level, there's a bedroom with a 160cm bed, and on the upper level, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom opening onto the living room with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Baby equipment available on request. Shared laundry facilities for all 5 Holiday cottages, with 3 washing machines. REVERSIBLE AIR-CONDITIONING. FREE WIFI. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.

You'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, a balcony and shared grounds where you'll find an indoor swimming pool and a ping-pong table.
