The Holiday cottage "Le Florenson" is ideally located for visiting the wonders of the South Ardèche and Gard regions. The charming village of Vagnas lies between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Barjac.
Vagnas is the starting point for visits to the famous Madeleine caves, Aven d'Orgnac and the Chauvet-2 cave, as well as several Hiking trails and the remains of the ancient Monastier priory.

This accommodation combines the charm of stone buildings, with its multi-level agency, and the practicality of private bathrooms in each room.
The ground floor features a beautiful vaulted living room with sofa, armchairs and flat-screen TV, and a summer kitchen with direct access to the terrace for outdoor dining and views of the garden.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a modern kitchen with central island (oven, induction hob, dishwasher) and a large dining room. A 20m² bedroom is on the same level, with 180cm bed, closet, air-conditioning, shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
The 2nd floor has two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, closet and air-conditioning, and the second with two 90cm beds, closet and air-conditioning, each with its own private bathroom featuring a shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The Holiday cottage also boasts a 230m² garden planted with trees, a courtyard for parking several vehicles, shaded garden furniture and a pergola housing the garden table.
The air conditioning is reversible, and each bedroom is equipped with electric shutters or blackout blinds.
