The Courbier Holiday cottages are ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Ardèche. In a natural and peaceful setting, you'll be close to all the major sites, and particularly to the sublime village of Laeaume, which you can explore on foot from the Holiday cottage.

The big plus: the beautiful, large swimming pool with its paddling pool, to share, as well as the 6-person Spa overlooking the Rocher de Sampzon.

Holiday cottage 'Le Fermier' is an old house with an exposed stone wall, comprising a living room/kitchenette with fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and a toilet. Its south-facing terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.

The Courbier holiday cottages are available for families and groups. 4 shared washing machines in a laundry room. Shared table tennis and table soccer. Baby bed + high chair on request. Gas heating.

Wifi connection in the common room and at the Piscine. A 6-person Spa is available.
Optional cleaning and linen rental on request from the owner.
Minimum 2-week rental in July and August.
