Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the Ardèche! This nicely furnished Holiday cottage welcomes you for a stay of calm and relaxation. Just a stone's throw from the river, it's the ideal setting for swimming, Hiking and enjoying the tranquility of the Ardèche.

It is located on the first floor, accessible via a beautiful external metal staircase. The owners live downstairs, each with their own entrance.
With its terrace overlooking the Mountain, this apartment is fully equipped and decorated in a warm and welcoming style. It comprises 2 bedrooms (one with 1 x 160cm bed, the other with 2 x 90cm beds), a living room with sofa, TV and WiFi connection, a fully-equipped fitted kitchen with dining area, a modern shower room and separate toilet.
There's a 2nd terrace on the first floor, with chairs, armchairs, table and charcoal barbecue. Private parking. Local specialties can be ordered from the owners.

From the Holiday cottage, a number of footpaths invite you to discover the picturesque valleys and villages of the Ardèche. The immediate proximity of the river means you can enjoy swimming, relaxing by the water or simply taking a break from nature. During your stay, you'll be seduced by farmers' markets, authentic villages, Antraïgues, Vals-les-Bains with its Thermal baths and Casino, Aubenas and its Château, Jaujac, not forgetting the Ardéchoise Mountains (Lake Issarlès, Cascade du Ray Pic....). Further afield, the emblematic sites of the Ardèche Gorges and Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet2-Ardèche Cave, and the listed villages of Balazuc and Vogüé....
