In the heart of the small Cevennes hamlet of Le Bouchet aux Assions, just 5 minutes from Les Vans, the Holiday cottage Le Courcoussou welcomes you to a typical stone farmhouse surrounded by a preserved environment where calm and light reign.
You'll fall under the spell of its unobstructed views and vast natural spaces that invite you to relax.

The house immediately captivates with its sun-drenched veranda, where a large table invites you to share meals and prolong convivial moments.
From here, the panoramic terrace, shaded by a vine, features garden furniture and a view of the Cévennes landscape.

Inside, the sober decor and Countryside spirit create a soft, welcoming atmosphere.
The living area features a living room, an integrated kitchen and a comfortable sitting room. Three small bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, can accommodate family and friends.
The bathroom has a shower and separate WC.
Reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room and in each bedroom for optimum comfort in all seasons.

There's plenty to discover in the surrounding area. Between the picturesque villages, the Chassezac gorges and their superb swimming spots, the mysterious Bois de Païolive, the colorful Markets, the Ardèche gorges and the numerous caves and avens, each day is an invitation to escape. Hikers will appreciate the many marked trails, ideal in spring and autumn. Les Vans offers all the services you need for a practical and enjoyable stay.

Two other Holiday cottages are located in the same building between the terraces, and a shared plot of several hectares is accessible to all.
Access to Courcoussou is on one level, and the independent entrance offers a peaceful stay.

Electricity is included, except for summer use of air conditioning, which is subject to a supplement.
