The Holiday cottage is located in the hamlet of Les Salèlles in Saint-Maurice-d'Ibie, in a stone village house typical of the region. Surrounded by vines, oaks and lavender, the hamlet offers a peaceful, picturesque setting. In the middle of the property, with 3 Holiday cottages, a pleasant communal swimming pool* with solarium is at your disposal for refreshing swims or siestas in the shade of the parasols. Enjoy the peace and quiet.

The accommodation is located in a village house and comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 people. A stone staircase leads up to two Holiday cottages. You're sure to fall in love with the 30 m² terrace, covered by a string of arches and furnished with garden furniture and a plancha. You'll fall under the spell of the independent, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, where stone walls and a fireplace give the place a real soul. Next door, a separate living room with sofa bed and TV. There are two spacious bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds. Finally, there's a bright bathroom with bath and vanity unit. Separate WC.

In the Holiday cottage's immediate vicinity, numerous tourist and outdoor activities await you. Explore the magnificent Ardèche gorges by canoe, discover the marked Hiking trails, or go mountain biking through the surrounding countryside. Just 20 km away, visit the Grotte Chauvet 2. The Pont d'Arc, the villages of character, the Lavender Museum, the Museums at Alba La Romaine, the Crocodile Farm and the Markets also offer enriching experiences.

For wine and food lovers, don't miss Neovinium in Ruoms, the cellars of Valvignères and Montfleury in Villeneuve de berg.
