Just a stone's throw from the medieval ramparts of Désaignes, in a peaceful alleyway, the Holiday cottage le Colombier welcomes you for a simple, rejuvenating break. You'll enjoy a peaceful setting within easy reach of the village shops, market and restaurants. Ideal for a taste of the gentle Ardèche way of life and the warm atmosphere of a lively, unspoilt village.

The Holiday cottage is set over three floors in a typical village house. On the first floor, there's a large entrance hall where you can store your bikes and Hiking equipment. On the second floor, the light-filled living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a cosy sitting room warmed by a pellet stove. The upper floor houses two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds, as well as a relaxation area with desk and bench. The bathroom has a bathtub (can be used sitting/standing), washbasin and WC.

On the other side of the lane, a private outdoor space awaits you. A grassy slope leads to this little corner of greenery, perfect for an alfresco lunch, a siesta in the shade or a quiet evening under the stars. A multi-sports ground and Kids playground are just 100 meters away.

The village of Désaignes boasts medieval charm, cobbled streets, passionate craftsmen and a rich heritage. You can also discover the owners' pottery workshop and photo gallery, and why not take part in a discovery session on request. The region abounds in trails, rivers and landscapes to explore. Festivals and markets regularly enliven this beautiful Ardèche verte.
