In Vallon Pont d'Arc, this detached single-storey villa will be your new home for vacations with family or friends. With its alarmed private Piscine, garden, covered terrace and all modern comforts inside, you're sure to feel right at home.

It's ideally located for exploring the beautiful villages of Labeaume and Balazuc, hiking along the splendid footpaths, visiting the beautiful Grotte Chauvet, and taking part in the mythical canoe trip down the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
For those who don't want to take the car, it's perfect. You're just a ten-minute walk from the village center and all its shops. Enjoy strolling through the pedestrian streets, sampling the local ice creams and the Thursday morning and Tuesday evening markets (in July and August).

Inside, the living room is well appointed and bright thanks to the bay windows, with access to the terrace. For hot summer days, air conditioning is available in this room.
There are two large bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds, a bathroom with shower accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a separate toilet.

Take time to relax by the beautiful Piscine and soak up the Ardèche sunshine. The covered terrace is perfect in case of rain, or simply for a shady spot on hot days, to enjoy grilled meats.
