Nestled high up on the hillside, it boasts a splendid panoramic view of the surrounding hills, a picture that changes with the passing hours to accompany your moments of relaxation.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the warm atmosphere of the place. The semi-covered, south-facing terrace is a living space in itself: breakfast facing the landscape, reading in the shade, peaceful evenings bathed in light...
In fine weather, the Piscine* invites you to cool off and relax on the deckchairs. A 1,000 m2 fully enclosed garden is sure to please your little ones.

Inside, the Holiday cottage features a living room with an integrated kitchen opening onto the lounge (large-screen TV, wifi connection). At night, 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 with a 140cm bed and 1 with two 90cm beds).
Two shower rooms and 2 toilets (one independent). Perfect accommodation for a "home from home" escape in the Ardèche.

This detached house is built on a raised first floor (10 steps up). Private parking is available in the courtyard, as is a low-level garage for motorcycles, bicycles and even small cars.
