With only a few inhabitants in the hamlet of Chalias, you'll be right in the middle of nature for a relaxing stay.
Being in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d'Ardèche means discovering natural sites: Mt Gerbier de Joncs, Cascade du Ray-Pic, Lake d'Issarlès, Mazan l'Abbaye...
And let's not forget outdoor activities such as Hiking (there's a footpath at the foot of the Holiday cottage!), cycling, swimming and fishing in the rivers... As for local markets, they're sure to tempt gourmets!
In the village, 1km away, you'll find a bakery, butcher's shop, grocery store, restaurant, bar, PTT, cash dispenser, Doctor, osteopath, nurses and electric vehicle terminals.
Clos Rosa is a typical Ardèche family home dating from 1609, bought by Sylvie's grandparents Clovis and Rosa, hence the name of the Holiday cottage. Part of the house has been renovated by Sylvie and Claude to welcome you.
Sylvie and Claude have their own residence adjoining the Holiday cottage. They may have to pass through the courtyard to get to their house, but very discreetly.
The Holiday cottage has a carport (H2.30 - Larg 3 m - Long 4m), motorcycle, bicycle in a large enclosed courtyard, landscaped and shaded to enjoy your meals around a barbecue in the shade of the lime tree and trellis.
Petanque balls are available for your games.
Inside, on the first floor, you'll find a living room with kitchen and sitting area with sofa and TV. Then, a storeroom with washing machine, a 1st shower room with WC.
On the 1st and 2nd floors, spacious, light-filled bedrooms with lovely views over the countryside, 2nd shower room and toilet. Holiday cottage with stairs, not suitable for PRM.
Sheets and towels included. Plus household linen. Fiber connection.
5% discount for 2 weeks and 10% for 3 consecutive weeks (excluding July/August).
