Open all year round to welcome you, your family or friends, at the confluence of the Ardèche, Labeaume and Chassezac rivers.

The modern comforts (air-conditioning, private bathroom in each room...) and facilities are sure to win you over.
Its little plus: a private heated swimming pool overlooking the fields, fully secure for Kids, and an enclosed garden perfect for pets (accepted with deposit).

It's the ideal place to get away from it all and discover the wonders of the nearby southern Ardèche.
The magnificent Gorges de l'Ardèche and its famous Pont d'Arc, the beautiful villages of Balazuc and Labeaume and the emblematic cultural sites of Gotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche.
In just a few minutes, you'll be on your way to some superb outdoor activities: canoeing, accrobranche, horseback riding or simply Hiking through the 50 or so dolmens in the village.

Bordering the main road, the Holiday cottage comprises a main building and an annex.
In the main building, renovated with fine materials, you'll enjoy a bright living room, a separate well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, you'll also find the 1st bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room and WC.
In the annex accessible from the outside, two bedrooms (one 160cm bed and one 90cm bed; 3 90cm beds) are available, each with its own private shower room and separate WC.

Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Housework extra.

Piscine info: open and heated from Easter to All Saints' Day, weather permitting / 8x4m - depth: 1.50m / with secure, standard fencing / salt.
