In the extreme south of the Ardèche, not far from the Gard, this beautiful bastide, tastefully decorated and furnished, opens its doors to you for a charming stay with family or friends!
It's the ideal place to discover the wonders of the southern Ardèche, and enjoy the comforts of a private swimming pool heated from May to September, a table soccer pitch and a superb covered terrace, perfect in any season.

A visit to the emblematic Aven d'Orgnac is a must, just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, as are Hiking and mountain biking in a land of vines and olives, and the mythical canoe descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche... a list of activities that await you and many more!
And if you prefer to sit back and relax, the house has everything you need for young and old alike.
There's a lovely, spacious outdoor area with darts, barbecue and plancha, deckchairs around the water in the shade of an umbrella, table soccer inside for challenges and, for those autumn and winter days, a lovely wood-burning stove.

The house is laid out on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, a bright living room overlooking the Piscine and garden (reversible air-conditioning), a sitting room with connected TV and Canal +, a laundry room with American fridge and a separate toilet.
Go upstairs and enjoy a relaxation area with sofa, books and games, perfect for relaxing or playing games, a bedroom with 160cm bed and private shower room, a bedroom with 160cm bed and a bedroom with 3 90cm beds. Beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet upstairs. Reversible air-conditioning in upstairs corridor.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED: Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning.
