Le Clos d'Aubenas

In the center of Aubenas, the capital of southern Ardèche, Le Clos d'Aubenas welcomes you to the heart of an 1800 m² garden featuring orchard, kitchen garden and small wood. The Holiday cottage, independent of the owner's main house and equipped with wifi, lets you live indoors as well as outdoors, thanks to a terrace, a shaded area under the large magnolia tree and the heated swimming pool from May 1 to September 30. Its proximity to the City means you can walk to restaurants, shops and the historic center in just three minutes. This two-storey detached house comprises on the first floor: a fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living/dining room with sofa bed (sleeps two) and TV. Direct access to the terrace via French windows. On the 1st floor, you'll find an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A second air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x200 Twin beds, and a bathroom (WC, Italian shower, vanity unit). Household linen is provided (sheets, comforters, comforter covers, towels, tea towels). Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace overlooking the dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gas plancha (gas bottle supplied). A shaded area completes the terrace. In front of the Holiday cottage, you have access to a heated 8m x 5m swimming pool, max depth 1.70m. A system of hydro-massage jets in the pool will relax you. You'll have access to the landscaped lower terraces, which include an orchard, a vegetable garden and a small wood over an area of 1720m².
