Pretty limestone house, located 5 minutes from the village of Lussas, famous for its documentary film festival, which takes place the week after August 15th. Quiet setting, halfway between the South Ardèche and the Ardèche Mountains, and less than 15 minutes from the Ardèche - Voguë Beach. This very comfortable, raised ground-floor Holiday cottage (6 steps to access the cottage) is located in part of my house, with totally independent access and outdoor space, in a very quiet environment. Living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV, Internet connection), fully-equipped integrated kitchenette, large master suite (one 160cm bed and one 90cm bed) with access to the shower room (large shower, WC, vanity unit), dressing room, bed linen and towels provided, baby equipment on request. Pellet-fired central heating. Piscine shared with the owner from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Numerous restaurants and activities within a 10km radius. Ideal location for discovering all the regions of southern Ardèche.
