To discover the region, we invite you to stay at the gîte "Le Clocher". A beautiful, atypical building in the heart of the village, with a spacious garage where you can park your vehicle (depending on the model, as access is restricted) and start your hikes in the garrigue. A table soccer pitch will delight young and old alike.
This tastefully renovated house is laid out over 3 levels and offers quality features. On the ground floor, you'll find the gîte's private entrance and laundry room with washing machine.
The 2nd level offers a warm and welcoming setting, with a vaulted living room with exposed stonework, a true testament to the history and authenticity of the Ardèche, and access to the patio. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped (oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher...), allowing you to prepare delicious meals using local produce. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, a desk and dressing room, and a 2nd bedroom with two 90cm beds and a chest of drawers. A bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin and a separate toilet.
On the top floor, the master bedroom of over 30m² features a 180cm bed, closet, reversible air conditioning and private bathroom with shower and basins. This duplex bedroom also has an attic sitting area and a balcony.

Whether you're dining al fresco or simply admiring the sky, the patio is the perfect place for an unforgettable experience. You'll enjoy the garden furniture and electric plancha in the shade of the house's cool walls.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
During your stay, you can also stroll through the alleys of the local market and take a refreshing dip in L'ibie's streams.
