Les gîtes de Fabrège welcome you to the southern Ardèche all year round.
Come and discover our 4 gîtes, ideally situated in the heart of the chestnut grove, in a 1.5-hectare park with swimming pool.
Close to the lively commune of Les Vans, as well as numerous tourist sites and activities, the estate will give you peace and quiet during your stay.

Situated in the hills at 360 m altitude, you'll need to take a small road under the chestnut grove to discover beautiful wooded meadows, a large saltwater swimming pool (10X4.5 prof 1m60 to share) with a view of the Serre de Barre, a pétanque court, table tennis and children's games.
There are many places on the estate to relax and unwind.

In order to better welcome you and respond to your various requests, we live on the estate. The 4 gîtes, as well as our accommodation, are divided into a main building and a separate small house, all built of schist stone. They are completely independent, each with its own terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

Le Châtaignier is accessed by a staircase leading to a large private terrace facing east and overlooking the chestnut grove. The gîte sleeps 6 to 8 people.
It comprises :
First floor: fitted kitchen, toilet, living room with Gllum is cool fireplace and TV.
Upstairs: a small bedroom with a 90cm-wide bed, a bedroom with a 160cm-wide bed, two 90cm-wide beds, a bedroom with a 160cm-wide bed and a 90cm-wide bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bed linen available for hire. Shared internet connection in the grounds.
Central heating available at extra cost for colder periods. Pets are welcome, subject to certain basic rules (deposit required).
