In an unspoilt natural setting, just a stone's throw from the River Ardèche, this authentic stone house dating from the 70s invites you to enjoy a vacation of calm, swimming and gentle living.
At the end of a cul-de-sac, this Holiday cottage offers a rare setting, between oaks, wild nature and the song of cicadas, a location like a little hidden treasure. The little extra: From the Holiday cottage, take a small private road and reach the Ardèche river and its sandy and pebble beach, less than 100 meters away, ideal for days of swimming or moments of relaxation by the water.
And yet, everything is within walking distance: shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and mini-markets are all less than 300 m away, making this the perfect location for discovering the wonders of the southern Ardèche. Just 1.5 km away, let yourself be seduced by the magnificent village of Vogüé, listed as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, with its cobbled streets, its castle overlooking the river and its lively terraces. Nearby, you can also enjoy markets, canoeing in the Ardèche gorges and the sublime reconstruction of the Grotte Chauvet 2. Ideally located between Aubenas, capital of southern Ardèche (10 km) and Vallon Pont d'Arc (20 km) with the Ardèche gorges. Less than an hour's drive from Mont Gerbier des Joncs, a UNESCO Geopark, the Monts d'Ardèche regional park, the Cévennes national park... Or set off on one of the many Hiking trails in the heart of the Ardèche countryside. The house is 500 m from the Via Ardèche greenway, reserved for bicycles over a distance of more than 30 km. Independent and not overlooked, the house has a large garden planted with trees, ideal for resting and long summer evenings. The shaded outdoor spaces invite you to read, take a nap or dine al fresco.

Inside, the charm of the past has been preserved, with exposed beams and terracotta floors, creating a simple, authentic atmosphere ideal for fine weather.

The Holiday cottage is laid out over two levels: on the ground floor, a living room with sitting area and kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed (140cm), a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, accessed by a steep staircase, two bedrooms each with two single beds (90cm). Bed linen and towels are available for hire at an additional cost.
