The house is spacious, with pleasant outdoor spaces, private Piscine*, pétanque court, swing and charcoal barbecue.
You're on the heights of Vesseaux, in a quiet, unoverlooked neighborhood, on the edge of Hiking trails, chestnut trees...

You'll appreciate the large terrace overlooking the Piscine and nature, perfect for outdoor meals.
The access is very narrow through the hamlet to the property, so a small car and confident driving are recommended (possibility of taking another small path leading to the Holiday cottage).

The location is ideal for exploring our region, discovering the villages of character, Vogüé, Balazuc, Antraigues-sur-Volane.....
The City of Aubenas, with its castle, Museums and Market. The Ardèche mountains will surprise you with their breathtaking scenery.
Numerous leisure activities: hiking, biking, canoeing, via-ferrata, river swimming....

The Holiday cottage is comfortable.
It comprises, on the first floor, a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV, opening onto the large terrace, storeroom, bedroom (160cm bed), shower room with toilet.
On the 1st floor, 3 further bedrooms (1 with 160cm bed, 2 with 2 90cm beds), bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet.
Two bedrooms have access to a semi-covered terrace overlooking the Forest.
Carport (not closed) for car, motorcycle or bicycle.

No crowds, no noise, just birdsong and Hiking right from your doorstep!
