Situated on the Lac d'Issarlès, at an altitude of 1000 meters, this recently-built chalet will seduce you and enable you to spend your vacations in the fresh air. You can walk to Lac d'Issarlès for swimming, pedal-boating and canoeing. An ideal place to stroll, rest, hike or cycle. The gîte can accommodate up to 6 people and features a bright living room with bay windows leading directly onto the terrace, fully equipped kitchen, lounge (flat-screen TV) and living room. Electric heating and pellet stove in the living room. 3 bedrooms are available, one with a 140cm bed on the first floor, the other two upstairs with 2 modular 90cm beds that can be converted into 180cm beds. On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. A storeroom, with washing machine and other gîte equipment, is accessible from the kitchen and offers additional storage space. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge on request. Two terraces, one accessible from the living room and the other from the bedroom, let you enjoy the surroundings with its own private grounds. Non-smoking cottage. Restaurants and shops within walking distance of the gîte. An ideal place to enjoy outdoor activities, not forgetting the famous Mont Gerbier de Joncs and Mézenc mountains just 20 minutes away.
