Situated just 2 km from the charming village of Saint-Agrève, "Le Chalet" is set between forests and fields, on a 2-hectare fully enclosed estate.

Outside, you'll love the heated swimming pool for warm-weather swims and the year-round 5-person outdoor Jacuzzi. The pétanque court, ping-pong table and brazier are perfect for lively evenings. Kids can alternate between games of hide-and-seek and building Cabins in the woods. And if the weather turns cooler, a gaming room with pool table, table soccer, video projector and sound system awaits you.

The interior of the Holiday cottage, laid out on two levels, features a large, warm living room, ideal for cocooning evenings by the fire or dining together. The kitchen is separate, spacious and bright, ideal for preparing meals as a team. There are 6 bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200cm bed (or two 90cm beds). One of them has a balcony with a covered terrace. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one downstairs with shower and bath, and one upstairs with walk-in shower. Both WCs are independent.

In the vicinity of this haven of peace is Lake Devesset: perfect for swimming, sailing or a gourmet break. Numerous Hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby (with rental and delivery to the Chalet on request). For golf enthusiasts, there's an 18-hole golf course 10 km away. And to please your taste buds, Régis Marcon's Michelin-starred Restaurant is just 20 minutes away.

Everything you need for a stress-free stay: Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer available. What's more, two electric bicycles are at your disposal, so you can pick up your bread in the morning or explore the surrounding area.
