New, detached, single-storey villa nestled in the hills above Montréal, a typical village with a medieval castle.

Pleasant in all seasons, thanks to its underfloor heating and cooling system, and its living room with large bay windows, it's ideally located for exploring the whole region, discovering the villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, not forgetting the Ardèche Gorges and the Pont d'Arc (the latter approx. 30 minutes away by car).
The shops of Largentière and Rosières are nearby (4km and 8km). For hikers, this is a privileged place to discover, starting from the Holiday cottage, superb paths through the pines and vineyards. For the more sporty, canoeing, caving and via ferrata are just a 30-minute drive away. The house can accommodate 4 people, and you'll appreciate the calm and sunshine of the Holiday cottage. A 30 m2 covered terrace and a gazebo will enable you to share pleasant moments with your family by the Piscine or with friends. The 900 m2 grounds have ample parking and a jeu de boules area. Inside, modern comfort with a spacious, bright living room, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining area extended by a lounge with corner sofa, large flat-screen TV, Wifi. At night, the house has 3 bedrooms. Two have queen-size beds (160x200), the other has a single bed (140cm), and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity unit. There is a separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is not air-conditioned, but has underfloor cooling. There is an adjoining room with a washing machine and space for parking motorcycles and bicycles, and a charge of €30 per electric vehicle for recharging at the Holiday cottage.
