Le Café de Léonie

Housed in a former café in the hamlet of Villeneuve de Coux, this pretty apartment has recently been tastefully renovated to immerse you in Ardèche life. Situated at the top of the village, on the edge of the forest, it's just a five-minute drive from Privas and the starting point for numerous hikes.
As you enter, you'll find the living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining table for 2, a sitting area with wall-mounted flat-screen TV and sofa, and a large bedroom with 140 cm bed, large closet, table and armchair. There's a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace shaded in summer by a vine.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, the bed is made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Private parking in front of the gîte. The gîte adjoins the owner's home.
Access to the apartment is via a small, steep road that winds through the hamlet; some passages are very narrow (not suitable for large vehicles).
Hiking enthusiasts will be well catered for. Close to the gîte, you'll find a wide range of activities: swimming at La Neuve, cycling on the roads or greenways, kayaking on the Eyrieux, discovering charming villages...
