Comfortable Holiday cottage in the heart of the village of Vogüé, a stone's throw from the castle

Welcome to Vogüé, a charming village classified as one of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, on the banks of the Ardèche river. Just 200 meters from its magnificent château, this detached house welcomes you for a relaxing stay, between nature and heritage. The Holiday cottage, located on the second floor of the house (accessible by an outside staircase), has two private terraces with wicket doors. The first, shaded, is perfect for enjoying your meals in the cool. The second, bathed in sunlight, invites you to relax, read or take a summer siesta. The interior features a pleasant air-conditioned living room with sitting area, dining area and functional open-plan kitchen. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm), both of which are adjustable, and direct access to the sunny terrace. The fully renovated bathroom features an Italian-style shower and separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is ideally located in the heart of the village, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, ice-cream parlors, small shops and the summer Market. The River Ardèche is also just a few minutes away, with several natural beaches perfect for swimming and relaxing, and for those who enjoy a leisurely stroll, the "Via Ardèche" greenway passes close by, offering wonderful outings on foot or by bike through the typical landscapes of the southern Ardèche region. The surrounding area is full of places to visit: villages of character such as Balazuc, Labeaume, the Ardèche gorges, not forgetting the famous Grotte Chauvet 2, just a twenty-minute drive away. A public parking space is available right next to the house. Bi-weekly rentals in July and August.
