In an ideal environment to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature, the Le Briange gîte will seduce you for a stay in the South Ardèche.
You'll be close to many famous sites to visit, such as the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, the Grotte de la Madeleine, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the beautiful villages of character. Don't miss out on the hiking and mountain-biking trails that will take you to the magnificent viewpoint of the Dent de Rez. Small shops and restaurants in the village of St Remèze.
This pretty gîte has been tastefully redecorated to offer you a warm welcome.
You'll enjoy a private outdoor space (approx. 250m²), fully enclosed (ideal for children and pets) with a small garden offering both sun and shade. What could be better than relaxing on the chiliennes or the hammock, reading or resting? Table tennis, darts and games are also available.
The terrace is perfect for outdoor meals and barbecues. And you can enjoy the benefits of a Jacuzzi on the wooden terrace all year round!
Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker) and sitting area with TV and comfortable sofa bed for 2. The bedroom has a 160cm bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Everything is designed for maximum comfort: the bed is made on arrival, and towels and table linen are provided. Pets are welcome, provided they respect the neighborhood and house rules.
Wood-burning stove (wood supplied) and electric heating (included in rental price). Private parking spaces in front of the gîte (3 spaces). Cot, high chair and bathtub available.

Gîte tout confort vraiment pour s'y sentir comme à la maison une propriétaire au top également et aux petits soins belle accueil, personne chaleureuse souriante avenante je recommande vivement, malheureusement pour nous le seul bémol la chaleur

Un lieu idéal
5/5La maison est idéalement située dans un petit et joli vallon à la campagne ; pas un bruit... à 2 kms du bourg où on peut trouver tout l'approvisionnement de base. Elle est très propre, confortable, claire, avec un joli jardin clos, une terrasse, un spa.. L'idéal pour se reposer.. L'idéal aussi pour randonner, une multitude de chemins permet de visiter les environs : garrigue, vignes, champs de lavande...
La région est magnifique avec les gorges de l'Ardèche, les jolis villages en pierre et, un peu plus loin, le Rhône ou, à l'opposé, la montagne ardéchoise. De quoi passer des semaines de vacances merveilleuses! Sans oublier l'amabilité de la propriétaire!- Cleanliness 5/5
