Outside, there's everything you need for fun and relaxation: an above-ground swimming pool to cool off in, a playground for kids, a trampoline and a petanque court for convivial moments. The single-storey interior is modern, bright and perfectly suited to families. The spacious, light-filled living room features a fully-equipped kitchen with a large central island, ideal for cooking and sharing, a convivial dining area and a comfortable living room with TV. The three bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements for the whole family: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed and one with two 90 cm beds. A wooden baby bed is also available. The large family bathroom includes shower, bath and double washbasin. A second separate toilet and a laundry room complete the facilities. Thanks to its underfloor heating and cooling, home automation and high-performance insulation, the house guarantees optimum comfort in all seasons. Between walks and discoveries, explore Annonay, take a train trip through the Doux gorges, stroll through the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park or discover Lake des Vernets for a nature and swimming break.
