Welcome to Mirabel, a charming village perched on the slopes of the Coiron massif and dominated by its famous tower. It's here that Tony and Cathy, the owners who live next door, have imagined and completely renovated a warm and cosy holiday cottage, offering an exceptional panorama of the Ardèche landscape. The interior of the cottage, neat and comfortable, offers a pleasant living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with high table and a sitting area with sofa bed and TV connected via Starlink. The real eye-catcher is the large bay window opening onto the balcony and panoramic views. Two small, comfortable bedrooms await you, one with a 160cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds (convertible to 180cm), both with quality bedding. Outside, in addition to the balcony, you'll enjoy a shaded terrace on the entrance side, facing the village church, where occasional services can be held without the daily ringing of bells. A shared swimming pool* with the owners allows you to alternate between swimming and relaxing on the deckchairs. Easy parking in front of the gîte and an enclosed cellar with washing machine for storing bicycles or equipment. Mirabel has a popular restaurant, and everyday shops can be found in Saint Jean le Centenier or Lussas, around eight kilometers away. The Ardèche gorges, the Chauvet cave and the discreet Ibie valley are within easy reach, as are the characterful villages of Saint Laurent sous Coiron and Alba la Romaine.
