Ideally situated in the lower Ardèche, a stone's throw from Ruoms and Saint Alban Auriolles, this pretty little detached house is ideal for a stay in a quiet, shady setting, surrounded by a small oak wood. The highlight of this Holiday cottage is the lovely Piscine, which is shared with our 2nd Holiday cottage 'Le Cigalon'. It's perfect for taking a refreshing dip on the way back from a walk, or simply lounging in the sun. The gîte is on a raised first floor (5 steps), and there's a play area for Kids to play in peace and safety. The large, covered, south-facing terrace is the perfect spot for meals or barbecues, and the Holiday cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. There's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a lounge with a 3-seater sofa and flat-screen TV. On the night side, the 1st bedroom has a 160cm bed and the 2nd has 2 90cm beds. Bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Reversible air-conditioning in the living room. Electric heating in bedrooms (heating package extra). Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. No internet connection, but good 4G network reception; please bring your own shared connection key. Just 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Vallon Pont d'Arc.
