Le Belvédère

You'll be immediately seduced by this warm and welcoming home, open to the outdoors and wooded landscapes. Located on the edge of a country wheel, the aptly named "Le Belvédère" faces the Ardèche forest. Lac de Devesset, named after the village, is 8 km from the gîte. This lake is an exceptional natural area, surrounded by greenery, where you can swim, go boating, fish or go for a walk or bike ride. The gîte is also an ideal base for visiting the typical villages and unspoilt countryside of the Haute Ardèche.

The interior is a perfect blend of wood and modernity. A cosy atmosphere. The ground floor features a bright living room with a contemporary-style fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. A wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine (two beds available on request) which leads to the two bedrooms. Each has a 160cm bed and chest of drawers. The large picture windows promise a gentle awakening to the view. The bathroom with shower and WC is on the ground floor. For your comfort, underfloor heating on the ground floor and air conditioning on the mezzanine level. An enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue completes the property.
