Located in the heart of the Vineyard of Cornas and Croze Hermitage, our Holiday cottage 'Le Belvédère' overlooks the Rhône Valley, with a superb panoramic view of the Vercors and the Alps. Quiet, restful surroundings, halfway between Tournon and Saint Péray. The house benefits from a private swimming pool open from July to August, an enclosed terrace, adjoining grounds and private parking. Spacious living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room, separate WC, storeroom. Upstairs, mezzanine, 1 sleeping area (2 beds 90), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), shower room and WC. Semi-detached house with year-round rental, not overlooked, independent access.
*PISCINE INFO: Available in July and August, 8m x 4m, unheated, chlorine-treated swimming pool with guardrail and safety gate, 1.60 m deep, equipped with a wide staircase and steps accessible to Kids.

Superbe région acceuil sympa pas contre propreté laisse à désirer vaisselle ebrechee deux poêles pour 10 personnes barbecue d'intérieur mis à l'extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas appel au propriétaire qui ne répond pas le deuxième jour nappe arrachée déjà signalé en janvier 2024 mais toujours la même bref pour le prix en pleine saison j'ai connu mieux

Un gîte trop difficile à trouver pas de nom et numéro de rue et pas de panneau gîte de France,après un cadre super agréable beau et calme, par contre on a pas pu laisser les enfants jouer à l’extérieur car ils y avait un nid de guêpes hyper agressive . Un manque de vaisselle

AS What a View
The stunning views from the terrace and garden from this gite will give you a holiday feel immediately. The gite itself is very spacious and - although not luxurious - very comfortable: good beds, simple but suitable kitchen and well equipped. Owners are very flexible and easy going.

Jacq's Noël en Ardeche
Séjour parfait pour des retrouvailles en famille, grande table et grand espace de vie permettant d'être nombreux mais sans se marcher dessus.Propriétaire très sympathique et on aimerait même revenir sur le mois de juin pour pouvoir profiter aussi de la piscine..
