An exceptional viewpoint overlooking the magnificent Ardèche river... In the heart of a traditional, unspoilt hamlet, this stone house comprises a gîte for 2 people and the owner's accommodation (separate entrance). Le Belvédère gîte has two fully private covered terraces, both south-facing with superb panoramic views. Access to the gîte is via a small mountain road. Away from the crowds, ideal for rejuvenation. Romanesque church of Niègles (12th c.) 1 km away. Shops 5 kms away. Neyrac les Bains spa 7 km, Vals les Bains 12 km. Well-equipped kitchen, separate living room with leather sofa, flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom with 140cm bed, shower room, separate toilet. The famous Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche is only 40 minutes away, and other tourist attractions include Antraigues-sur-Volane, the famous village of Jean Ferrat, Jaujac, Vals-les-Bains with its thermal baths and casino, Aubenas and its Château, not forgetting the markets where you can discover all the specialties of the Ardèche!

Sarah & Karim Une vue incroyable sur la vallée
Logement au calme, avec vue imprenable sur la vallée. On se réveille au son de l'Ardèche qui serpente dans la vallée, on se couche au son des grenouilles qui chantent. Pas de vis à vis, des paysages magnifiques et beaucoup d'activités à 20 ou 30mn en voiture. Laurent nous accueille avec bonne humeur et nous conseille en fonctions de nos envies. Le gîte est confortable, l'extérieur bien aménagé pour en profiter au maximum.

Le gite est superbement situé avec un point de vue magnifique, rien ne manque au niveau fonctionnel, l’accueil est chaleureux et le propriétaire à l'écoute, la literie est parfaite, bref nous le recommandons vivement pour ceux qui recherchent un lieu reposant et très calme.
