Set on a south-facing hillside, this detached house welcomes you to a peaceful, leafy setting. Enjoy a private, salt-treated swimming pool with no vis-à-vis, apart from the owner who lives next door, a beautiful outdoor area and leisure facilities for the whole family. An ideal place to combine relaxation, nature and comfort, just 10 minutes from the A7 freeway and Privas.

Inside, a large, bright, air-conditioned living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and convivial lounge with corner sofa and flat-screen TV. Four spacious bedrooms offer every comfort: two with double beds (140), one with two single beds (90), and on the first floor, a bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be twinned into a 180 bed. Two bathrooms, one on each floor, and two WCs complete the property. The Holiday cottage has electric heating and a fiber-optic internet connection. Beds made on arrival if linen hired - bathroom linen hire available.

Outside, enjoy the enclosed grounds with automatic gate, private parking and garage for bikes or motorcycles. Two terraces invite you to get together: a large south-facing balcony for sunny breakfasts, and a north-facing terrace with barbecue and pizza oven to enjoy the evenings. A private Piscine with solar shower, a large courtyard planted with trees, a pétanque court and a basement converted into a gaming room with table tennis, table soccer and darts promise pleasant moments of leisure.

From the Holiday cottage, you can go hiking or mountain biking in the Countryside. A bakery, grocery store and restaurants are just 3 km away, with a supermarket just 10 minutes away. Valence and Montélimar can be reached in 30 minutes.
