Come and stay in this brand-new (2023) Le Bastidon villa in a charming village typical of the Southern Ardèche!
We've fallen in love with this detached vacation home with all modern comforts and a dreamy Piscine!
Imagine having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Piscine and the white oaks, and listening to the cicadas sing! Vacation bliss!

All inclusive: beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.

The villa is located in a quiet area, just a few steps from the center of the village of Labastide de Virac, where you'll find a number of shops. Less than 10 minutes away, you can reach the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, and enjoy the more lively life of Vallon Pont d'Arc and its many services. It's also here that you can take part in a wide range of sporting activities: Hiking in the Ardèche countryside starting from the gîte, Bike / Mountain bike tours (the owner can recommend some), canoeing on the Ardèche river... and you won't be bored by cultural visits: villages of character, the Château des Roures 5 min from the gîte, ideal for kids, or the Aven d'Orgnac...

Inside the Holiday cottage, all rooms have reversible air-conditioning. The bright living room is fully equipped (lounge, living room and fitted kitchen). Then you'll find three bedrooms each with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Outside, the swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, is open from May to September, weather permitting (heated from May 15 to September 15). The Holiday cottage has a summer kitchen with plancha, as well as an outdoor shower and WC.
Petanque court and table tennis available.
