Located 3km from Les Vans via Marvignes, Le Balcon du Nassier is an 80m² wood-frame eco-construction.
It nestles on the south-facing hillside beside the Chassezac river, next to the Nassier bridge. Enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Gorges du Chassezac, the torrents of the Cévennes, and set off on the many hiking trails in the Monts d'Ardèche regional park. The owner, Pierre, a nature lover, will guide you to discover the wonders of the southern Ardèche.

You'll love the location of this detached house, with its wrap-around terrace offering a magnificent view of the Cévennes.
For a moment of coolness, you can walk to the river and swim at the Nassier Beach in 5 minutes. If you'd like to take your bike for a spin, there's an area where you can store it under cover. Part of the terrace is covered, ideal for meals or watching a game of pétanque on the dedicated court.
Inside, you have a view of the Monts thanks to the bay windows and a bright, air-conditioned living room. It includes a living room with sofa bed, TV, games and books, and a fitted kitchen. The wood-burning stove will warm you up on cold winter days. There are 2 bedrooms at either end of the house, each with a 160cm bed and 2 90cm beds, and access to the terrace. The bathroom includes an Italian shower and washing machine. Separate WC.

All inclusive: Beds made on arrival, towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included.
Pets allowed under certain conditions (no cats) and with an additional deposit. Mountain bike hire (€80 per week per bike)
