Le Balcon des Cévennes

In the heart of the medieval village, the Holiday cottage is close to my home and adjoining my other gîte. It is upstairs, with its own entrance and terrace.
The first floor serves as entrance and laundry room. Second floor: fitted kitchen and sitting area with sofa. Direct access to the sunset terrace overlooking a vineyard slope, equipped with garden table and barbecue. On the second level, large bedroom (160cm bed) with shower room and WC. For your comfort, Linen supplied and Beds made on arrival.
On the first floor, additional vaulted stone bedroom (bed 140), with private shower room and WC. This second bedroom is rented in addition to the main Holiday cottage: supplement €20/night or €100/week.
For parking, you can either park on the village square a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage, or in front of the accommodation if space is available.

Nearby, you'll discover the tourist sites of the Cévennes Ardèche region and enjoy swimming (Drobie valley, Beaume gorges) and the medieval towns of Joyeuse and Largentière.
Shops and services in Largentière, less than 10 minutes away. The Holiday cottage is about an hour and a half by car from the Rhône Valley and Valence freeway exits, and 45 minutes from Montélimar.
