Spend a vacation with friends or family in a beautiful villa with spacious rooms and a magnificent private swimming pool... the challenge is met with this superb L'Ardoualibre gîte!
In the heart of the Cévennes ardéchoises, you'll be won over by this modern, detached house for up to 10 people.
With 5 bedrooms and a large living room, there's plenty of room for kids and adults alike during your stay.
And what about its outdoor spaces... You'll love the Piscine (9*4m, 1.50m deep, submerged roller shutter, salt water treatment, open from May to September depending on the weather, unheated) by day and by night; the garden with its different areas: relaxing under the trees, dining on the terrace or playing (pétanque and ping-pong) on the lower level.
With all these assets, you'll almost forget its ideal location! Just a few minutes from the village of Les Vans and its unmissable Market, and close to many villages of character such as Banne, Naves, and the sumptuous Bois de Païolive... There's something for everyone!
The house is laid out on two levels, a ground floor and a garden level. The 1st level is fully equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, and the rest of the house is fully electric. Heating is included in the rental price, but it's important to be aware of your consumption to avoid abuse.
The Holiday cottage comprises: a large living room with many bay windows overlooking the garden and the Piscine; an integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a 180cm bed, private bathroom and dressing room, three bedrooms with 140cm beds, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed, two shower rooms and two separate WCs. Several board games available.
Carport and two-wheeler storage available.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning service available on request.

Mel De nombreuses malfaçons
La maison est située dans un coin sympa avec pleins d'activités et de belles balades à quelques minutes. Elle est belle en photo mais en réalité il y a de nombreuses malfaçons et celle-ci n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Cette maison ne semble pas aux critères de qualité mis en avant par le site Gîte de France.

Fred Séjour parfait
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par Maxime. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée avec de belles prestations. La piscine au sel et le jeu de boules sont top.
En fait, nous n'avons presque pas bougé de la maison, nous étions trop bien !!
En plus, seulement à 5 minutes des Vans, c'était parfait !!- Cleanliness

Dam Superbe Gîte
Vacances en famille et amis, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Maxime qui a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes.L’extérieur est tout simplement magnifique:
vue époustouflante , grande piscine au sel, douche extérieur, pergola, barbecue Weber au gaz etc…

MJG Wonderful property in great location
The house is fantastic with plenty of space both inside and out, a wonderful pool and everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals.
The surrounding area is peaceful but there is a supermarket within 5 minutes drive and the town of Les Vans is within 10 minutes and had a good selection of restaurants and shops. Kayaking is available on the river 2 minutes away and other areas of the Ardennes are close to explore by car.
The house looses a star in my view as it had not been well cleaned. Floors were still dirty with many dead insects and the coffee machine had been left with mouldy grinds from the last visitor. We were also asked to pay for towel hire which given the cost of the rental I believe should be included.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for others and I’d be happy to visit again.
