This new villa (2022) is all on the ground floor, bright and spacious, easy to live in. The air-conditioned living room includes a sitting area with TV and an open-plan kitchen. It comprises 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room (shower and WC), a shower room with a large walk-in shower, and an independent WC. Electric heating, baby equipment available. Plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine and unspoilt surroundings. The last 100 meters are on a dirt track. This is a great place to visit the southern Ardèche and its many sites. Aven d'Orgnac and the Cité de la Préhistoire are just 8 km away. The Ardèche gorges, where you can swim or canoe, are 15 minutes away. Also worth seeing during your stay: the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, the beautiful villages of Labastide de Virac and its castle, Lagorce... You're also on the border with the Gard region, where other famous sites are not to be missed: the villages of Aiguèze, Barjac, its beautiful Market and famous flea market... You'll be won over and won't want to leave!
