In the land of the Ardèche springs and volcanoes, just a few minutes from the spa town of Neyrac les Bains, the Holiday cottage "L'Araucaria" welcomes you to a verdant natural setting. It's a detached house with large enclosed grounds and a small above-ground swimming pool. It has a living room/kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. Electric heating. Baby Equipment available on request. A closed garage is available for 2-wheelers. A washing machine is also available. The terrace and barbecue are ideal for outdoor meals. During your stay, let yourself be seduced by the villages of the Ardèche: Thueyts and its via ferrata, Jaujac, Vals-les-Bains with its Thermal baths and Casino, Antraigues-sur-Volane made famous by Jean Ferrat, the City of Aubenas and its castle. And don't forget the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the famous Grotte Chauvet2Ardèche, less than an hour away! And don't forget the village markets, where you'll discover all the specialities of the Ardèche. We look forward to seeing you there!

    très bien et très calme

    Très bon séjour, de l'accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques. Beaucoup d'espace et un vrai plus, l'accueil de ma chienne jack russell. A recommander vivement.

    Ideal pour l'Ardèche des volcans

    Très bien placé pour visiter la zone des volcans d'Ardèche. Très pratique pour les chiens avec son grand jardin.
    Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.
    Très agréable semaine, je recommande.

    DES VACANCES TRES CHATAIGNES

    Nous avons eu la chance d'être en Ardèche pendant la fête de la châtaigne, nous avons pu allier gourmandise et balades enchanteresses (gorges de l'Ardèche, grottes, villages de caractère). Le gîte est bien situé par rapport aux excursions et nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, très sympathiques. Le gîte est très propre et dispose de tout le confort, on est comme à la maison. Calme, sans vis-à-vis, propice au repos. A recommander !

    Séjour Champagne

    Le gite est très bien situé (15mn pour se rendre à cure de Neyrac les Bains)
    Bien aménagé, bien équipé, dans un environnement calme.
    Vu la saison, nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine privative bien tentante cependant.

    Les vacances de Vicki

    Monsieur et Madame CIRON nous ont très bien accueilli. Leur gite est très confortable.
    Ils ont été très réactifs lors d'une panne d'électricité pendant un orage. Le gite est bien situé dans le département de l'Ardèche pour les randonnées, les sites à visiter: villages et les accès aux rivières.Notre chienne Vicki a bien apprécié la compagnie de Jules, le chien des propriétaires. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

    Repos tranquilité

    Gîte très agréable, très calme, reposant,très grand terrain clos idéal pour les chiens.
    Climatisation cuisine,salon,couloir donnat sur les chambres.
    Piscine tooooop propre à l'abri des regards.
    Les propriétaires super sympas.

    Je vous recommande ce gîte .
