We offer you a charming, completely independent Holiday cottage at the back of the owners' house, in a peaceful, sun-drenched setting typical of the southern Ardèche.
With its own private entrance and outdoor space just for you, it guarantees privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay.

The three-storey accommodation combines comfort, authenticity and functionality.
On the 1st floor, you'll find a small hall where you can relax and enjoy a book while admiring nature. Then you'll find the living room with a sitting area, a fully-equipped kitchen for independent meal preparation, an office with additional storage space, and a shower room with Italian shower and toilet.
Up the stairs, you'll find 3 small attic bedrooms (2 double beds 140 cm and 2 single beds 90 cm), plus a separate WC. Electric heating.

The large, shady garden, entirely private, is perfect for relaxing in the shade of the trees, reading or taking a quiet nap.
There are several terraces around the Holiday cottage: a dining area, a relaxation area for aperitifs at the end of the day, and deckchairs for lazy moments.
A petanque court awaits you for friendly games with friends or family. Secure private parking for your vehicle.

The Holiday cottage is located in a sunny hamlet, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields, equidistant from Barjac, Vallon Pont d'Arc (and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche & Grotte Chauvet 2), and Saint-Ambroix.
In less than 20 km, you'll have access to exceptional natural sites (gorges, rivers, caves, hiking trails), villages with character and local Markets, and outdoor activities: Swimming, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, caving...
