It comprises, on the first level, a sunny, partly-covered terrace ideal for watching the sunset, a living room/kitchen, a shower room with WC, and on the 2nd level: an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140cm bed, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Central heating included. Baby equipment. Only one pet allowed. Large private plot shared with an adjoining 2nd Holiday cottage.
You'll love this place if you enjoy outdoor activities (canoeing, rock-climbing, mountain-biking, caving, Hiking....) or if you'd like to explore the local heritage. Caves and caves to see: Aven d'Orgnac, la Madeleine, Aven Marzal, Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche.... beautiful listed villages: Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé and its castle, .... For the pleasures of swimming, the beautiful Ardèche river is nearby. It's also a tasty region, with fine local wines and delicious local produce to be sampled at local markets or direct from producers.
