Halfway between Barjac and Vallon Pont d'Arc, you can visit our region and discover magnificent sites such as Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche or Aven d'Orgnac. And for outdoor enthusiasts, there's plenty to do: canoeing on the Ardèche, hiking and mountain biking nearby. You'll never want to leave!

Set in grounds of around 2200m², the villa is fully fenced. You can take advantage of the private, secure swimming pool to cool off on sunny days, or play a game of pétanque or table tennis. The large 56m² covered terrace is a real highlight of this villa, so Kids can play outside, sheltered, whatever the weather.

Inside, you'll discover a beautiful, fully-equipped living room with top-of-the-range fitted kitchen. The living room includes a connected TV (chromecast) and Bluetooth sound bar.
The layout of this room also includes a 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed, private shower room and access to the terrace. In the opposite wing, you'll find a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 5th bedroom has a 160cm bed, private bathroom and access to the terrace.
In the villa, you'll find 2 separate WCs and a laundry room with washing machine.

For a 100% relaxing stay, beds are made on arrival and towels provided.
