Detached house with 2 very comfortable Holiday cottages, close to our home on the edge of the Forest. You benefit from a completely independent outdoor space, not overlooked. Exceptional, peaceful natural setting. Superb Lake Devesset 5 minutes away (swimming, fishing, pedal boats, windsurfing, dinghy...). Hiking and mountain biking from the house. Chambon sur Lignon 12 km away: superb 18-hole golf course. Saint Agrève 10 km away: equiblues festival, rodeo around August 15. Ground floor: living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting area with 2-person sofa bed, flat-screen TV, separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, electric heating. Holiday cottage 300m from village (Restaurant, small shops). All shops, supermarkets, medical services and activities in Saint Agrève (10 minutes away) or Le Chambon sur Lignon (43). Maximum capacity of the two Holiday cottages: 12 people.

5/5Super logement très bien situé on peut aller au lac à pied et faire des ballades autour du gîte on peut même aller au village à pied.le plus est la terrasse entourée de verdure on l'on peut mangerez se reposer sur les relax.

Très bien
4/5Séjour parfait, les propriétaires charmants, sont toujours là si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Très calme vous êtes directement dans les bois. Seul bémol les toilettes sont en bas et les chambres en haut la nuit c’est pas évident. Je recommande ce gîte sans problème.
