Detached house comprising 2 recently renovated Holiday cottages, close to our home on the edge of the Forest. Each Holiday cottage is independent of the other and has its own private outdoor space. Superb Lake Devesset 5 minutes away (swimming, fishing, pedal boats, windsurfing, dinghy...). Chambon sur Lignon 12 km: Superb 18-hole golf course, Piscine. Saint Agrève 10 km: equiblues festival, rodeo around August 15. Exceptional, peaceful natural setting. Hiking and mountain biking from the house. Each Holiday cottage has private access and outdoor space. Garden furniture and barbecue. Ground floor: living room, fully-equipped kitchenette, sitting area with 2 sofas, bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 x 140cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 90cm beds), bedroom 3 (2 x 90cm beds), bedroom 4 (2 x 90cm bunk beds), bathroom with WC, electric heating. We're just 500 m from the village of Devesset, where you'll find a restaurant and a small store. All shops, supermarkets and medical services are 10 minutes away in Saint Agrève or in Le Chambon sur Lignon (43). Maximum capacity for the two Holiday cottages: 12 people. Riders welcome
