In search of serenity, Wellbeing and calm, Simone and her daughter Sylvie welcome you to L'Aire, a small, south-facing hamlet at 500 m altitude, with panoramic views of the surrounding hills, Mont Ventoux and the Pre-Alps. This Holiday cottage is ideally situated for enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities with family and/or friends, and discovering the cultural and gastronomic heritage of the Ardèche. Wellbeing area 4 km away and shops nearby (7 km). From the Holiday cottage, you can take a 400-metre footpath through our old chestnut grove and terraces of vines, olive trees and mimosas to reach our panoramic Piscine *, away from our home (open from early May to mid-September), which you'll share with the other family in our second cottage, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and meet new people. Here, you'll enjoy our leisure facilities: table soccer, ping-pong table, petanque pitch, swings, etc. A warm and well-decorated Holiday cottage, adjoining another gîte. L'Aire has a shady enclosed garden with barbecue, plancha and garden furniture. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen-living room, a living room with sofa, flat-screen TV and Wifi Internet connection. Two bedrooms and beds with comforters: bedroom 1 (1 double bed/160x200cm and comforter 260x240cm) and bedroom 2 (2 single beds/90x190 cm and comforters 200X200cm). Baby facilities. Shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Private parking and lockable storage for bikes and motorcycles. Pet welcome and free of charge. For electric vehicles, electric recharging point in Largentière (7kms) or at the gîte on request with supplement (see on site with the owner). Swimming pool info* : 13.5 m long (including 1.5 m for the stairs) and 6 m wide, with a depth varying from 70 cm to 1.80 m. It is equipped with a roller shutter, a secure fence with a gate, and an emergency filtration shut-off system. The Piscine is not heated and is open from May to September, weather permitting.

Simone
La famille Tourrette est installée depuis plusieurs générations à Chassiers dans le Sud Ardèche. Ancienne famille d'arboriculteurs/viticulteurs, Simone et sa fille Sylvie disposent d'un vaste domaine, composé de vignes, châtaigniers en bio et oliviers en terrasses.
Simone est à la retraite depuis quelques années. Sylvie, après une carrière internationale, est revenue sur sa terre natale et a endossé ‘le costume' de paysanne et gérante de gîtes. Simone et Sylvie se feront un plaisir de vous accueillir, vous faire partager leur passion du terroir et vous faire découvrir l'arbre à pain et les vins locaux.

C Line Gîte L'aire
Sylvie est tout à fait adorable et pleine d’attentions pour ces locataires !
Le gîte est une bulle hors du temps pour ceux qui cherche calme et repos.
Il est propre et bien aménagé on s’y sent bien.

Emi59830 Vacances dépaysantes
Bientôt 10 ans que nous nous rendons à l'Aire chaque été. C'est toujours avec une infime joie d'y être si chaleureusement accueillis. Cette année, la salle de bain a été refaite avec goût et praticité.
L'Aire à Joux offre un lieu reposant, un jardin ombragé par un beau Catalpa où l'on aime y manger, lire ou s'y reposer, une vue magnifique, une piscine agrémentée de lauriers, palmiers, lavandes et offrant des jeux comme table de ping pong, fléchettes, baby foot, terrain de pétanque pour le plaisir des jeunes et des moins jeunes. En résumé : un endroit parfait pour une déconnexion totale !- Cleanliness

Caro Quel beau paysage depuis l´aire de Joux!
Petit gîte dans 1 village isolé,offrant une belle vue. Propriétaires attentionnées. Accès à une belle et grande piscine située à 400m du gîte. Le gîte à 2 chambres re dont 1 sombre à 2 lits et une grande cuisine. A partir d´un parking strictement réservé aux riverains, on accède au petit jardin clos par une dizaines de hautes marches. Pas de climatisation dans le gîte mais 1bel arbre dans le jardin.

Gavin Lovely gite in beautiful location
Lovely little house in a small hamlet on a hillside with spectacular views. Very helpful and welcoming owner who lives not far away. Small garden with garden furniture and wonderful views over the surrounding countryside and villages. Lovely pool which is beside the owners house, a walk through some beautiful countryside to get there. We will be back.

LOCRIS Bon séjour à l'Aire en toute tranquillité.
Le Gîte est confortable et propre, et très au calme. Le jardin est agréable avec le barbecue et la vue magnifique. Coin idéal pour un séjour reposant pour se ressourcer.
