In the heart of the small hamlet of Franchassy, in the commune of Pranles, you'll enjoy a peaceful vacation in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park.

Waking up to a magnificent view and setting off on a hike directly from the Holiday cottage is the ideal way to recharge your batteries and discover mountain landscapes. Located around 15 minutes from the village of Les Ollières sur Eyrieux, you can enjoy nearby swimming spots and discover the magnificent Eyrieux Valley. You'll be close to Privas and Saint Sauveur de Montagut, where you'll find all the shops and services you need.

This warmly renovated Holiday cottage has several floors, served by a single 18th-century stone staircase that is difficult for some people to access.
On the first floor, the entrance hall leads to a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, small freezer and cleaning equipment.
On the 1st floor, the kitchen area is fully equipped. You'll then move on to the living room with its fireplace. You'll find plenty of multimedia equipment: TV, PS2, consoles. A large table is available for indoor dining. From the living room, you'll have access to a sunny terrace with a magnificent view of the Ardèche mountains.
Down a few steps, you'll find a garden with deckchairs. On the same level, there's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second and top floor of the house, with plenty of natural light, you'll find the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There's also a shower room and separate toilet. Baby bed + high chair available on request.

The Holiday cottage is equipped with a Wifi connection. Private parking nearby.

Sheets and towels available for hire. Linen supplied for the kitchen.
