Perched on a hillside, the Labatie Holiday cottage boasts a superb suspended terrace with panoramic views over the village of Labâtie-d'Andaure and the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park. The peace and quiet here are perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. The owners, who grow organic blueberries and chestnuts, also live in this small hamlet at 650 m altitude, and there's another independent Holiday cottage. Pets are welcome.

Labatie is a cosy studio, ideal for a nature getaway. Adjoining the owners' home, it offers an intimate and comfortable setting. As soon as you enter, you'll discover a bright, carefully appointed living room: a functional kitchenette and a cosy lounge area with a wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings. Continuing on, an open-plan bedroom with a 140 cm bed invites you to relax. From your bed, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, offering a gentle wake-up call. The bathroom is complete with shower, bath and WC, and the suspended terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the mountains or dinner under the stars, in a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere.

The hamlet of Le Bosc, nestled in the heart of nature, is an ideal starting point for numerous Hiking and biking trails through the unspoilt landscapes of the Monts d'Ardèche. Just a few kilometers away, Lake Devesset invites you to swim and take part in water sports, while villages of character such as Desaignes offer a rich heritage to discover. Gourmets will love the local farmers' markets, a veritable treasure trove of flavors. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a pretty, picturesque road, adding to the charm of the place.
